Changes to the Support System

Welcome to our new trouble ticket and support platform. Not only do we have a new look but several new features have been added to simplify ticket submission and issue tracking. - If you are a registered user, you are now able to submit tickets through your e-mail. Just send an email with a brief description of your problem to support@lithiumnetworks.com and the ticket will automatically be entered in our system under your normal login. You may still enter tickets by accessing this website as you normally have. - A cleaner, easier new look. - Ability to update user, contact, and company details within your profile. - Your historical tickets, knowledge bases, and user accounts are still retained.
