Mass Updates to Ticket's Status

If you received an e-mail providing an update on a historic ticket, please disregard it. During the upgrade to the ticket system, some tickets' statuses were changed.

Changes to the Support System

Welcome to our new trouble ticket and support platform. Not only do we have a new look but several new features have been added to simplify ticket submission and issue tracking. 

- If you are a registered user, you are now able to submit tickets through your e-mail. Just send an email with a brief description of your problem to support@lithiumnetworks.com and the ticket will automatically be entered in our system under your normal login. You may still enter tickets by accessing this website as you normally have. 

- A cleaner, easier new look. 

- Ability to update user, contact, and company details within your profile.

- Your historical tickets, knowledge bases, and user accounts are still retained.

If you have any problems with the new support system, please email admin@lithiumnetworks.com and we will assist you with any issues.
